Below 50 Kilograms Still Maintained

In the past few months, life was not very easy for me. I have had to travel approximately 300 kilometers everyday in bike-train-tram mix to reach work and return home. Luckily, I relocated before August ended and now that I live less than two kilometers away from work, it is a complete change. Yes, a change for a much better life! During those hectic days,my weight would fluctuate largely from 49.3 to 51 kilograms.

Stress propel people to eat, this is for sure and my weight just after eating is quite heavy! Now that I have a lot of time compared before, I am able to do my daily exercises in making my tummy work a bit of muscles. The exercises that I do are very light but I have proven them to be effective, thus I stick on them.

The whole week from September twelve (12) until today, my before and after breakfast weight actually ranges from 49.6 kilograms to 49.8 kilograms! Isn't that fantastic? My weight maintained itself on a below 50 mark! I still aim to be below 49 and I am on a constant zeal to reach it.It is attainable for sure but not very soon I believe. Still,I am happy of how heavy I am now.

Maintaining Weight Level of Below 50 kg

It's been months since I weighed below fifty.As mentioned repeatedly inprevious posts, I used to weigh 53-55.4kg but now, I ate so much and enjoy eating yet, the maximum that I get is 49.7. I went down as below as 48.8 but that was only like 3 times. I just hope I can maintain this below fifty weight and be steady with it. I still wish to weigh lower but having 57 as my maximum normal weight level, I think a weight below 50 is not bad. Still biking a lot during weekdays and still lazy during weekend.^^

My Personal Weight Loss Story

my simple and personal success weight loss storyBefore I sterted my diet and simple exercise plan, I was 53.7 kilograms and that was maxed-out after the Christmas holidays and new year 2010 celebration makingme reach a scary weight of 55.4 kilograms. In short, I used to weight from 53.7kg to 55.4kg. Maybe for a tall person this can be a normal weight but I was 24 years old by then and I am only 151 cm tall. I understand from my dietician that I was not in my overweight limit yet. My overweight limit is 57 kilograms and that I still was below it. Despite this fact, I still felt uncomfortable and my weight causes me lower back pain. I wanted to lessen my weight a bit.

A kilogram of weight loss for my height is already good. But do you have any idea what I lost or how much I did lose? Guess it. I had my simple rules that I think for someone who is motivated enough, those rules are very simple to follow.

I lost more than just a kilo... and how much? That I would reveal in my succeeding posts. For now I am contented with my weight. My dietician advised me to calm down as I am already in my perfect weight... but would you if you're in my case? We will see and let's see if my own rules apply to you as well.

Gaining and Losing Weight Instantly

After the holidays, I gained like 2 kilograms. In short,my weight of 53.7 kilos, after reaching backhome, reached as far as 55.7kg! Ouch! Not a good sign, right? Honestly, I was so pressured and stressed during the holidays. Travel here, travel there with so many connecting trips and everything. For me,stress is even worse than eating much, I justgain weight for no reason. Then,on the 28th of December until the 31st, I had lots of deadlines and I had a train to catch on the 31st at 4PM to have the new year's eve in Stuttgart (I live in Gelderland, Netherlands). It was really so many hours of work and I was still tired frommy trip toItaly and going back in Netherlands for my Christmas holidays.

After settling back at home, when the holidays are over, I started my simple diet (yet I found effective):
1. Milk and cereal for breakfast
2. Reducing my fat intake- lesser porksteak,lesser saucy pastas, more fruits andveges

Of course diet alone is not enough.Every morning, I do curl-ups(at least 50) and somemoving around.And during weekends, I plan to have ice skating activity for at least an hour I did my first time for 90 minutes yesterday). I also walked toandfromworkfor 3 days last week (est 1,500meters).

And know what? Now I weigh 53.2 kg.If I can reach 52something,I will be really happy,hopefully this week.^^ Goodluck tome!

Losing Weight by Travelling: Weight Loss in Rome Roaming

It was like a dream! When I arrived home (in Italy) I weighed 2 kilograms lesser! Oh wow! After 3 days of staying out, from flying, roaming, moving around (no partying), I lost those grams away! Lovely, isn't it? Traveling, enjoying and weight losing! Simply splendidly amazing! That's not all good news though. Why? Hmmmm... as they say, all good things have ending!the flavian ampitheater, the colloseum in rome After two days of vacation at home, with only sleep and eating and a few inhouse walk and little exercise, I regain the weight I lost! Oh so bad! But maybe, the next time, when I go somewhere and go back home in Netherlands and go back working right away, maybe I can let the lost weight be lost forever. Currently, I am on a losing weight program and I want to succeed in it. As promised in previous post, I will be noting here the progress of our activity. But since this is Christmas vacation,no much updates yet plus the fact that I am in Italy now and my "dietician" is in Netherlands. ||| Second Sesssion Loss Weight Program ||| As stated in my previous post, I will note here what we did the second session in working out to reach 47kg dream weight that I have. First, we had my fats measured from 3 points in my body: (1) the arm, choosing the side that I do not use (I am right handed so we measured the left side); (2) My back fat ... there is a specific point there that my dietician chose to measure; and (3) belly fat and there is also a specific point there. When the results came out, I happen to have 31% of fat and the normal is 30%. Thus, I should reduce my fat foodintake and take on more of non-fatty foods.

Weight Loss Program: From 54 to 47 kilograms

fit body, fitness programNow I am into losing weight. I happen to have a colleague who studies to be a "dieticien" and I am one of her 4 subjects! Cool huh? Actually I weigh 53.7kg as an average and my dream weigh is 47 kilograms. We will be working together to reach this weight. Hopefully it is reachable at a not very high effort (but I think it is...:( ) Anyway, I would like to share now, after being lost in this blog formonths, what we are doing, and you may also follow, or get insights from. This program would belong, the time frame is around 7 months and desired results is a steady weight of 47, or at least not reaching 50. I have a lot of tipsteralready and lot totellwhat we have done so far. The program, we had the intake around 2 weeks ago and this last week, I was measured in terms of fat percentage, what my weight says andall. Exciting andpromising,isn't it?

What happenedtomy running? The very cold weather hurtsme. I was born and raisedinAsia so I guess my outdoor running causes me to cough a lot. Until the DST (Daylight savings time) was finished,I was walking to and fro work but now it is so dark scaring me,so I have another means. Then, I cycle for 9 kilometers in open air on Mondays and Wednesdays when I have my night Dutch integration/language course.
