Losing Weight by Travelling: Weight Loss in Rome Roaming

It was like a dream! When I arrived home (in Italy) I weighed 2 kilograms lesser! Oh wow! After 3 days of staying out, from flying, roaming, moving around (no partying), I lost those grams away! Lovely, isn't it? Traveling, enjoying and weight losing! Simply splendidly amazing! That's not all good news though. Why? Hmmmm... as they say, all good things have ending!the flavian ampitheater, the colloseum in rome After two days of vacation at home, with only sleep and eating and a few inhouse walk and little exercise, I regain the weight I lost! Oh so bad! But maybe, the next time, when I go somewhere and go back home in Netherlands and go back working right away, maybe I can let the lost weight be lost forever. Currently, I am on a losing weight program and I want to succeed in it. As promised in previous post, I will be noting here the progress of our activity. But since this is Christmas vacation,no much updates yet plus the fact that I am in Italy now and my "dietician" is in Netherlands. ||| Second Sesssion Loss Weight Program ||| As stated in my previous post, I will note here what we did the second session in working out to reach 47kg dream weight that I have. First, we had my fats measured from 3 points in my body: (1) the arm, choosing the side that I do not use (I am right handed so we measured the left side); (2) My back fat ... there is a specific point there that my dietician chose to measure; and (3) belly fat and there is also a specific point there. When the results came out, I happen to have 31% of fat and the normal is 30%. Thus, I should reduce my fat foodintake and take on more of non-fatty foods.

Weight Loss Program: From 54 to 47 kilograms

fit body, fitness programNow I am into losing weight. I happen to have a colleague who studies to be a "dieticien" and I am one of her 4 subjects! Cool huh? Actually I weigh 53.7kg as an average and my dream weigh is 47 kilograms. We will be working together to reach this weight. Hopefully it is reachable at a not very high effort (but I think it is...:( ) Anyway, I would like to share now, after being lost in this blog formonths, what we are doing, and you may also follow, or get insights from. This program would belong, the time frame is around 7 months and desired results is a steady weight of 47, or at least not reaching 50. I have a lot of tipsteralready and lot totellwhat we have done so far. The program, we had the intake around 2 weeks ago and this last week, I was measured in terms of fat percentage, what my weight says andall. Exciting andpromising,isn't it?

What happenedtomy running? The very cold weather hurtsme. I was born and raisedinAsia so I guess my outdoor running causes me to cough a lot. Until the DST (Daylight savings time) was finished,I was walking to and fro work but now it is so dark scaring me,so I have another means. Then, I cycle for 9 kilometers in open air on Mondays and Wednesdays when I have my night Dutch integration/language course.
