Gaining and Losing Weight Instantly

After the holidays, I gained like 2 kilograms. In short,my weight of 53.7 kilos, after reaching backhome, reached as far as 55.7kg! Ouch! Not a good sign, right? Honestly, I was so pressured and stressed during the holidays. Travel here, travel there with so many connecting trips and everything. For me,stress is even worse than eating much, I justgain weight for no reason. Then,on the 28th of December until the 31st, I had lots of deadlines and I had a train to catch on the 31st at 4PM to have the new year's eve in Stuttgart (I live in Gelderland, Netherlands). It was really so many hours of work and I was still tired frommy trip toItaly and going back in Netherlands for my Christmas holidays.

After settling back at home, when the holidays are over, I started my simple diet (yet I found effective):
1. Milk and cereal for breakfast
2. Reducing my fat intake- lesser porksteak,lesser saucy pastas, more fruits andveges

Of course diet alone is not enough.Every morning, I do curl-ups(at least 50) and somemoving around.And during weekends, I plan to have ice skating activity for at least an hour I did my first time for 90 minutes yesterday). I also walked toandfromworkfor 3 days last week (est 1,500meters).

And know what? Now I weigh 53.2 kg.If I can reach 52something,I will be really happy,hopefully this week.^^ Goodluck tome!
