I was able to complete the routine:
2 Shakira music and one round of hard core abdominal exercises just like what I posted yesterday. Actually the last one should be repeated 3 times but I'll get there, maybe this weekend. Maybe I have lumbered for so long and was not able to move that I really feel heavy. I better do some cardio-vascular exercises, otherwise I'd die young!
Maybe I am too focused with work, school and sleep that I forgot what a healthy life is! Lucky I am not a food craver, otherwise I can only be worse!
