My Personal Weight Loss Story
Before I sterted my diet and simple exercise plan, I was 53.7 kilograms and that was maxed-out after the Christmas holidays and new year 2010 celebration makingme reach a scary weight of 55.4 kilograms. In short, I used to weight from 53.7kg to 55.4kg. Maybe for a tall person this can be a normal weight but I was 24 years old by then and I am only 151 cm tall. I understand from my dietician that I was not in my overweight limit yet. My overweight limit is 57 kilograms and that I still was below it. Despite this fact, I still felt uncomfortable and my weight causes me lower back pain. I wanted to lessen my weight a bit.
A kilogram of weight loss for my height is already good. But do you have any idea what I lost or how much I did lose? Guess it. I had my simple rules that I think for someone who is motivated enough, those rules are very simple to follow.
I lost more than just a kilo... and how much? That I would reveal in my succeeding posts. For now I am contented with my weight. My dietician advised me to calm down as I am already in my perfect weight... but would you if you're in my case? We will see and let's see if my own rules apply to you as well.
